Earth Day 2022

Our story begins in Portland, Oregon, USA in 1938, with the goal of designing and creating clothes that will keep you safe, so that you can enjoy nature more and stay outside longer.

For more than 80 years, our mission has remained unchanged over time, with our clothes being tested daily in the weather conditions of the Pacific Northwest in order to find innovative solutions to the daily challenges of the countryside. This way you can be sure of their quality and durability.

That is our long standing heritage. 

Naturally, the countryside is more than just our home. Nature reflects our quintessence as a contact with the outside world and therefore its protection and perservation is our duty. 

For this reason, in collaboration with We4All, we are planting trees in the areas of the Northern Evia and Atttica to restore the natural environment that got burnt from the previous years's fires. 

As Columbia Sportswear, we don't want you to only feel safe with your equipment every time you step into the outdoors. We want you to be proud of what the brand you trust, stands for. 

Today we are planting the first tree, of tomorrow's forest.
