Product returns

You have the right to return the product you purchased from our e-shop within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery.

In case you want to return part or all of your order it is necessary to complete the form which you will find in your delivery package. Without the return form completed, returns will not be accepted.

Alternatively you can make your change in the physical stores of our company. For your best service we suggest that you first contact the customer service department of our online store at 210-8160100 or at info@xaco.gr

The products and their packing must be in excellent condition and accompanied by all the delivery documents.

Until you are sure you will keep your products you must:
•Try the shoes in an interior space
•Not cause any damage to the shoe’s boxes
•Not remove the labels from the products
•Keep any accompanying documents

*For hygienic reasons thermals, socks and swimwear cannot be returned.

For the protection and better service of our costumers all returns go through the quality control process before we accept it.

In case that a defect is found during the quality control process, or the above criteria are not complied, our company will send you back your package at your own charge after first contacting you to resolve the issue. Unwanted odors can also be considered as a defect.

Products purchased from our online store can be returned exclusively to us and not to our physical stores or our wholesale customer stores.

RETURN PROCEDURE TO ONLINE STORE

If you wish to return part or all of your order, follow the steps below:

1.Complete the return form enclosed in your package following the instructions provided.
2.Place the return products, the completed return form and the receipt that accompanied your purchase in the original packaging.
3.Call your local store of Geniki Taxydromiki.
4.Send your package to XACO S.A, 23rd Km of Athens-Lamia National Road, PC: 14568, Krioneri, Athens. Telephone: 0030 210-8160100 at our charge.

Necessary condition for the return part or all of your order is to complete the return form which you will find in your delivery package. Without the return form completed, returns will not be accepted.

For your better service in case of change you can contact us at 0030 210-8160100 or at info@xaco.gr so that we can immediately commit the new product you wish to purchase.

Shipping cost for your return throughout Greece is FREE only if you use Geniki Taxydromiki (and the most economical delivery service) for your return. In case you wish to use another transportation company, you will be charged with the shipping expenses.

For the returns from Cyprus and Bulgaria the purchaser will be burdened with the shipping cost.

NOTE:
•In case you wish to change a product with another which value is less than 49.00€ you will be charged the shipping cost as defined above.
•If the new product you wish to purchase with your return is more expensive, you can pay the financial deference directly to the courier who will deliver your package.
•If the new product is cheaper and you want us to return you the financial deference you should add to the return form the bank and your IBAN number so that we can procced to the refund. The refund will be made as descripted below.

MONEY RETURN PROCEDURE 

If you would like a refund you should follow the steps below:

1.Complete the return form enclosed in your package by clearly stating the bank and the IBAN number of the account to which you wish to be refunded.
2.Place the return products, the completed return form and the receipt that accompanied your purchase in the original packaging.
3.Call your local store of Geniki Taxydromiki.

Our company will refund your money to the bank account you will indicate in the return form within 14 calendar days from the day we receive your return. We would like to inform you that we reserve the right to withhold the amount until we take back the returned products.

Refunds for your purchases from our online store can be made exclusively in this and not in our physical stores.
