Product returns
You have the right to return the product you purchased within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery either to our e-shop or to one of our Columbia physical stores.
Shipping cost for your return throughout Greece is FREE only if you use ACS (and the most economical delivery service) for your return and only for the first time of product returns per order. For every second returns the customer will be charged with the shipping costs: 5,90€ for deliveries in Greece and 15,90€ for Cyprus and Bulgaria.In case you wish to use another transportation company, you will be charged with the shipping expenses.
