#TESTEDTOUGH: ICELAND
On icy glaciers and live volcanoes
From the harsh cold and the wild winds, to the fiery volcanoes and the vibrant green fields. Iceland is arguably the place worth exploring.
The most sparsely populates country in Europe, (3 inhabitants per sq.m.) welcomed is with its most -not so hospitable- temperatures, only to reward us with the face of nature that surrounds it.
The opportunity to walk in the vast volcanic landscapes was in front of us and we seized it. The view of this wild, raw nature is the reward that every traveler seeks.
Thus, we crossed the hinterland to admire the easily accessible sights in an attempt to trace the interior of the country and witness how it can excite us even more.
The low, sub-zero temperatures are inextricably linked to the country, offering the ideal setting for our equipment and its technologies to unveil their abilities where the going gets tough. The #TestedTough stamp does not come unjustifiably. Instead, it is the result of decades, in remote locations on the map, such as our route to Iceland.
So, what a better way and a better place to test it?
In the places where few or even none, have walked, a story of endurance unfolds. This is why the clothing must necessarily be the right one.
From the top Titanium line to the unique Omni-Tech and Omni-Heat technologies, the weather stayed locked outside our clothes.
Our journey closed at the impressive Gullfoss waterfall, on the country's southwest on a trip that shouts #TestedTough from its first step.
